Promotional Campaign Rules

1. General Provisions
1.1. The promotional campaign "Survivors’ Island" (hereinafter — the Campaign) is conducted in accordance with these Campaign Rules (hereinafter — the Rules) and the civil legislation of the Russian Federation on promotional campaigns. The Campaign is not a lottery; participation does not involve risk. The prize fund is formed by the Campaign Organizers.
1.2. These Rules define the participants eligible for the Campaign, the essence and procedure for fulfilling the Campaign conditions, timing and procedure for announcing results, the form and procedure for awarding prizes, as well as the rights and obligations of the Organizer and Participants.

2. Campaign Organizers

3. Campaign Period
3.1. The Campaign starts on August 12, 2025.
3.2. The end date of the Campaign, announcement of winners, and prize distribution will be communicated to participants within 14 days after the start via @Step_mania_bot.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right, at its discretion, to change the Campaign dates, suspend or terminate it early, notifying participants via @Step_mania_bot.

4. Participant Notification
4.1. Participants are informed about the conditions, timing, and procedure for receiving prizes via @Step_mania_bot.
4.2. All changes to conditions and timing are published via @Step_mania_bot.

5. Prize Fund
5.1. The prize fund is formed by the Organizer and consists of the main prizes:
5.1.1. The main prizes, conditions for receiving and awarding them, are detailed and available within the StepMania app in the "Prizes" section.
5.2. Prize-related relations concerning purchase, delivery, license provision (where applicable), and so forth arise directly between the Participant and the respective online store/service providing the prize. The Organizer’s obligation is solely to provide the prize as described in these Rules. The Organizer is not responsible for the quality or fulfillment of obligations by third parties providing prizes. Any claims regarding prize quality or service must be addressed to the respective third party.
5.3. Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable to third parties. No substitution of prizes for other items or cash equivalents is provided. The Organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with others of equivalent nominal value without additional notice.
5.4. Prize details (name, image, description) are indicated in the Service. Models, design, color, and other characteristics are at the Organizer’s discretion and may differ from promotional materials.
5.5. Prizes are awarded to Participants who meet the Rules’ conditions and are recognized as winners by the Organizer.
5.6. The quantity of prizes is limited. No additional prizes will be issued beyond the stated amounts. Exhaustion of prizes does not obligate the Organizer to provide replacements.

6. Participation Mechanics
6.1. To participate, users must use the StepMania mini-app and agree to these Rules.
6.2. Participants gain access to tasks which earn movement points on an interactive route.
6.3. Conditions for tasks, earning points, and winning prizes are published directly in the app.

7. Rights and Obligations of Participants and Organizer
7.1. Persons not meeting the Rules’ criteria have no right to participate or receive prizes.
7.2. Employees of the Organizer involved in the Campaign and their family members may not participate.
7.3. Participants have the right to:
  • Receive information about the Campaign per the Rules;
  • Receive prizes if declared winners.
7.4. Participants must comply with all Campaign participation and prize receipt procedures.
7.5. The Organizer may refuse participation or prize issuance to persons not entitled to participate.
7.6. The Organizer may engage third parties to perform functions related to the Campaign.
7.7. The Organizer may amend these Rules with mandatory publication as per clause 4.3.
7.8. The Organizer may suspend or terminate the Campaign early, announcing such via the designated communication channels.
7.9. The Organizer reserves the right not to enter into negotiations or other contacts with participants except as required by law and these Rules.
7.10. The Organizer may disqualify and ban participants who violate the Rules or act destructively or with intent to harass others; such decisions are final.
7.11. If any aspect of the Campaign is compromised (e.g., due to viruses, internet failures, fraud, technical issues), the Organizer may cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign at its sole discretion.
7.12. Participation indicates full acceptance of these Rules.
7.13. For prize awarding, the Organizer may request documents to identify the winner; failure to provide them may lead to disqualification.

8. Personal Data
8.1. By participating, the user consents to the Organizer processing their personal data (including data required for prize delivery) solely for Campaign purposes, without transfer to third parties unrelated to the Campaign.
8.2. Personal data processing includes collection, storage, update, use, blocking, and destruction for Campaign duration plus three years.
8.3. Participants may revoke consent in writing, which results in exclusion from the Campaign and prize denial.
